Our trained designers craft each bouquet on-site, using flowers sourced directly from growers. This means you get fresher flowers at lower prices — with 98.7% customer satisfaction.
You can order online through our website or by phone. Our team processes orders centrally from our Ottawa office and fulfills them in production hubs located in major Canadian cities.
Yes — but only within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, changes are subject to a $10 administration fee, and during holidays, changes are not guaranteed due to high order volume. Contact our customer support team any time to resolve any issues.
Cancellations within 1 hour of placing an order are free. Orders already prepared or out for delivery cannot be cancelled. Note: All holiday orders are final sale. Contact our customer support team for any issues.
