Delivery Options
There are two (2) delivery options:
1. Standard Shipping — $14.99
Orders are scheduled for delivery on the delivery date selected at checkout. Deliveries to residential addresses are generally made between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local time, and deliveries to business addresses are generally made between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time.
2. Express Shipping — $19.98
Orders are prioritized for the earliest available delivery window offered by our delivery partners in the recipient’s area. Express Shipping does not guarantee delivery at a specific hour unless expressly stated at checkout.
General Shipping Guide
Our production facilities currently serve Toronto and the GTA, Ottawa, Greater Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax, and Greater Vancouver. Where necessary, overnight courier service (next business day) may be used.
Saturday delivery is available only within eligible same-day delivery zones.
Orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. local time in the recipient’s time zone to qualify for same-day delivery, where same-day delivery is available.
Additional delivery surcharges may apply during peak periods, including major holidays. Any applicable surcharge will be disclosed before the order is completed.
Common Shipping Questions
No Recipient / Incorrect Address
Please provide delivery instructions at checkout in case no one is available to receive the gift, such as leaving it with a neighbour or in a designated safe location.
If no one is available at the delivery address, our driver or delivery partner may, at their discretion, leave the order in a location they consider reasonably safe, taking into account weather, security, perishability, and any delivery instructions provided.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer, an additional redelivery fee may apply. Any such fee will be communicated before redelivery is arranged.

Holiday Delivery
Sunday delivery is not available in all locations. Customers who require Sunday delivery should contact our customer support team before placing an order to confirm availability.
We do not offer delivery on statutory holidays when our delivery partners are unavailable.
Condition Upon Delivery / Events Outside Our Control
Delivery times may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, and other force majeure events. In those circumstances, delivery may be delayed or rescheduled. Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
